Terms of Sale

All prices are in US funds.

Your materials must be received not later than 4 weeks from the order date.

Design Refund Policy

We guarantee your full satisfaction or your money back. There is a $99 administration fee for all refunds.

The refund policy will not take effect in any of the following events:

1. If you have given the final approval on your selected design.
2. If the party for whom the design is being designed closes, changes its name, or changes its request.
3. If the project was cancelled for reason(s) unrelated to the project undertaken with Larkin & Company
4. If you do not communicate with Larkin & Company for more than 3 three weeks  following the order date.
5. If your materials are not received 4 weeks from the order date.
   

Web Hosting Refund Policy

Monthly web hosting fees will be automatically charged to your credit card each month. These services may be cancelled at any time upon receipt of written notice. We require a 30-day lead time to cancel. Set up fee and the first month hosting are non-refundable.
